Improve the initial description
xc_domain_node_setaffinity()with a far better flowgraph that shows its effects in relation
the to
xc_vcpu_setaffinity()and document its use by xenguest.This should help in resolving uncertainties about these functions
regarding their effects on NUMA affinity. For reference, the
flowcharts and descriptions contain links to the source code.
