This pull request removes the base_path attribute from the pulp artifact promotion playbook in etc/kayobe/ansible/pulp/pulp-artifact-promote.yml. This change addresses an issue where the base_path attribute cannot be used when querying a file distribution following updates to the pulp.squeezer collection. A corresponding release note has been added to document this fix. I have no feedback to provide.
