Overview
Unifies marketing + auth surfaces around new CSS design tokens. Replaces many hardcoded hex colors and ad-hoc spacing/font sizes with --landing-*, semantic (--success, --error, --caution), and new shadow/z-index variables in globals.css, and updates landing/blog/nav/footer/hero/pricing/templates components to consume them.

Polishes auth and legal experiences. In Settings > Custom Tools -- Add button has incorrect styling. Please test light and dark mode of all these if changes were made.

Portaled modal uses landing-only text token
