Support packing and versioning SIL.Machine alongside the existing liblcm, libpalaso, and chorus libraries. Uses LIBMACHINE_PATH env var and -Machine/-MachinePath parameters. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
