Add EE selection support for the Qualcomm SoundWire master so register access and clock/IRQ programming can be adjusted per execution environment window on newer controller revisions. The probe path now reads the EE DT property, validates it, derives the EE-local register layout for v2.0+, and reuses the same EE when restoring runtime state.
