Welcome to Fminer2!


This repository includes graph mining software based on Gaston (see http://www.liacs.nl/~snijssen/gaston ). The following packages are included:

1) BBRC: Backbone Refinement Class mining
Subdirectory libbbrc/
Go here: http://bbrc.maunz.de

2) LAST-PM: LAtent STructure Pattern Mining
Subdirectory liblast/
Go here: http://last-pm.maunz.de

3) Frontend App for 1) and 2).
Subdirectory fminer/


Platforms supported: C++ (native), Ruby, Python, Java.
Try 'build_all.sh' (for C++) or refer to INSTALL in the individual subdirectories for building (all).
