Summary
The editor sidebar button is being renamed from Configurations to Site Configurations (with Site Config shown in the collapsed sidebar). This PR updates the editor documentation to match the new label so users can find the panel referenced in the docs.
Changes
editor/configurations.mdx: Updated page title, description, keywords, body copy, and image alt text to use Site Configurations. Added a note clarifying the collapsed-sidebar label (Site Config).editor/index.mdx: Updated the Card title that links to the configurations page.editor/settings.mdx: Updated the link label to Site Configurations.Context
Triggered by the upstream rename of the editor sidebar entry from "Configurations" to "Site Configurations" / "Site Config" to make it clearer what the button configures.

Overview
Editor docs are updated to match the sidebar rename from Configurations to Site Configurations (collapsed label Site Config).
English, Spanish, and French pages now use the new names in titles, descriptions, keywords, body copy, image alt text, overview cards, and related links. The configurations guide also adds a short note on how to open the panel and what the collapsed sidebar shows.
