This updates the internal/hcs package and all references to the computecore dll.
It removes the vmcompute package since it is no longer needed.
This is part of a larger ongoing move to update to the computecore.dll, computestorage.dll, and computenetwork.dll that were added years ago to replace the functionality in vmcompute.dll.
