Basic pagination + sorting

Supporing AGGrid refactor of data explorers by exposing _page and _sort_fields kwargs in certain endpoints. This will allow for simultaneous sorting and pagination for endpoints which support those operators

Tagging @minhsueh and @CopyDemon. Just note that the sort features for the batteries explorer will need a redeployment. Also if there are other endpoints that need pagination or sorting, let me know and I'll make them
