This is heavily based upon the documentation provided in the ticket (and available on Notion) for both the steps as well as the screen shots (I do not have access to an Okta account to test any of this out). The API docs are generated off the documentation provided as well and are not yet auto-updating. We can determine if that's needed at a later date.
Note that this does apparently apply to Snowflake as well, but we don't currently have any SSO/enterprise documentation there. We may want to consider just including much of the same in Snowflake as it's adoption increases.
@kostas-localstack please review carefully for accuracy since, as noted, I do not have access to verify any of the details.
