Add shared state in lime-report

Lime report has a lot of interesting commands to debug node status in a network.

This pull request adds shared-state information to the report.

This pull also adds the -m option to generate a very simple "md" to improve readability.

Adding the output of shared-state is very useful!

And the cirrent output format can be completely replaced by the Markdown version, in my opinion. I mean: there is no need to have an option for switching from legacy output format to Markdown output: we can directly discard the legacy output format and use only the Markdown formatted one.

I think it's important to maintain compatibility in case some tool uses this output, but couldn't find any. I agree to discard the old format. Please unlock the task when you can, I can work on it by the weekend.
