There's no 7.1.0 tag, but a 7.2.0-SNAPSHOT release that is the latest used by snapshot environments:
Therefore HEAD of master must be 7.2.0-SNAPSHOT. |

7.0 is the Trillium release.
We don't need 7.1.0 for Trillium.
