- build: Incorporate rust-vmm crates in dev-dependencies
- build: Bump rust-vmm crates
rust-vmm crates in `dev-dependencies` were left behind, make those to reference versions specified in workspace as well. Signed-off-by: Ruoqing He <heruoqing@iscas.ac.cn>
