Summary
This PR adds the Smithy model for the Amazon Connect Health service. This will enable us to automatically generate and publish the
aws-sdk-connecthealthclient in our next release.Testing
Using the latest version of the smithy-python code generator, I was able to build the Connect Health service and make successful service calls.
