This PR adds the tinystruct framework to the Awesome Java list.
tinystruct is a lightweight, modular Java application framework that unifies command-line tools and web services through an annotation-driven action model. Its unique selling point is a single programming model for both CLI and HTTP applications, allowing developers to build extensible applications with minimal configuration and near-zero overhead.
The project is open-source (Apache 2.0) and actively maintained.
