Description of the problem being solved:
EDIT: Closing cause Local had me make a new PR direct to dev.
First time making PR on someone else's fork, apologize if I did this wrong.
Also added mastery headers that change on allocation. Did you know they did that? I didn't.
Also merged the last 2 commits from dev.
