Fix Russian and Ukrainian translation errors
Fixes numerous incorrect, machine-translated, and grammatically wrong strings
in the Russian and Ukrainian localization files.
For example: "Quit Windscribe" was "Брось/Кинь" (throw/abandon); "Logs sent"
was "Бревна отправлены" (logs of wood); connection state labels used random
adjectives ("Бессвязный", "Соединительный"); "Invalid email" read as postal
letter; Ukrainian bandwidth notification had literal "1%" instead of the "%1%"
placeholder; "Back" was "Задній" (rear); "None" was "Ніхто" (nobody).
