Reboot the Earth Vermont 2026

Public event site and planning resource for Reboot the Earth Vermont, a two-day student climate hackathon hosted by the University of Vermont in partnership with the United Nations Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT).

Running Locally

python server.py

Opens the site at http://localhost:8000. Pass a custom port with python server.py 3000.

Deploying to GitHub Pages

  1. Push to the main branch
  2. Go to Settings → Pages → Source and set to main / / (root)
  3. Site publishes at https://kfortney.github.io/Reboot-the-Earth/

Branding Notes

All materials carrying the UN logo must be submitted to Mithusa Kajendran for approval before production. Allow a minimum two-week turnaround.
