Adds explicit `should_run_glt_backend: "False"` to every GiGL GbmlConfig YAML that did not previously set the flag. Locks in current behavior ahead of flipping the wrapper default to True. Each insertion is annotated with a TODO referencing #611 so the flag can be removed once the deprecation lands. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
