Should there be a separate acknowledgement to SasData (not SasView)?

I think the acknowledgement is general enough that it can be used for any of the packages. Maybe we can mention this at the meeting today.

I'm going ahead and merging this for now. If we change to a repo-specific acknowledgement, we can always change the link. |
This adds a contributors list and citation information for the repo.
There are parallel PRs in sasmodels, sasview, and sasview.github.io for this work.
Fixes #189 (mostly)
