<p>Plans are billed according to the selected package and billing cycle. Additional services outside the base plan may be invoiced separately.</p>

<p>Performance depends on game type, player count, mods/plugins, map size, third-party updates, network conditions, and customer configuration choices.</p>

<p>Backups are provided when included in your selected plan. While we take reasonable care, backups are not guaranteed to be complete or restorable in all cases. Keep your own important copies as well.</p>

<p>We may assist with mods, plugins, maps, and custom configuration, but third-party components can conflict, break, or stop working after updates outside our control.</p>

<p>GameServers.World may suspend or terminate services for abuse, nonpayment, illegal content, security risks, policy violations, or other harmful activity.</p>
