* Trapped ghost token ids, informing GM of error. * Preserved caster id when casting AREA effect spells. * Use character ID when ending effects on a deleted token. * If a player is not present, redirect their messages to the GM.
* Added ^^tcid^^ field tag for effects which usually results in same as ^^tid^^ unless token is deleted with running --set-mods status, then it resolves to ^^cid^^,^^tid^^.

Using parenthesise in range or dimension calculations caused unexpected results. A fix scans for these and attempts to correct them on the fly.
