RADexplorer (RADx) is the user-interface app that integrates the rest of RADSuite for easy access. Follow the instructions on the README in the RADexplorer repository to easily download the app and begin exploring!
RADLibCreator contains the Nextflow pipeline for generating an updated version of RADlib.
RADalign contains the backend for RADexplorer. The README and code documentation provide users familiar with R coding to access the data displayed in RADexplorer themselves, for purposes such as figure creation.
figures contains the code to create the figures used in the RADSuite paper, currently in the process of being submitted for publication.
