Summary
Document the NethSecurity 8.8 Metrics page backed by VictoriaMetrics and vmalert, list the RPCD charts and alert entry points, and keep the Netdata guidance for 8.7.2 or older. Also add a short Victoria Logs note and version-gate the controller/migration references.
