This adds support for using Game Bub (https://github.com/elipsitz/gamebub) as a cartridge reader/writer.
I've tested it with a variety of cartridges (GB and GBA), and it works well. There are still some improvements to flashing speed and compatibility that can be made, but these are on the Game Bub firmware side.
