Updated to use ReflectionTools directly instead of just redirecting it. Moved byte encoding to SpeedBytes.

Fixed some library weirdness with the launcher by downgrading the NuGet versions, so the launcher is different and will need to be reinstalled.

This is not a final release, but more me just trying to get a good release pipeline down. It sort of works though if you want to give it a shot, check the readme for installation instructions. Please don't report bugs with this release. It's a pre-release and I know for a fact it isn't bug-free, and many features have yet to be added.
