LGTM, but would suggest avoiding "here" as link-text for accessibility reasons.
Also, did we work out how we're going to insert references to this into ITP yet? Maybe in Onboarding Sprint 2 or 3 we could add a prep/backlog to read the guidelines, and a short day-plan discussion about them?
