Summary

• Add franklin --from claude|codex [session-id] to start a new Franklin session from read-only external agent context.
• Add an interactive 5-row session picker with current-directory highlighting.
• Auto-kick off imported sessions with a handoff summary prompt and remove duplicate long-response preview output.
