Adds a filter popover and search bar to the bookmarks screen, allowing users to filter by All/Unread/Read, by star color category, or by title/author text search. The filter menu uses UIGlassEffect on iOS 26+ with a solid fallback for older versions, and respects Reduce Motion and Reduce Transparency accessibility settings.
