[BUG] Can't add logo on First Setup Install

When you need to first create your Workspace name, you can't add your logo. If you add your logo at this point, you will get an error saying that you haven't created a Workspace name. You are forced to not add the logo at this time. The logo can only be added at a later time.

Hello :D, I'd like to work on this issue.
My idea is to disable the logo upload until a workspace name is provided to prevent the backend validation error. Let me know if that approach works.
