Sequoia 15.7.4 did not show up as an update with profile installed

I noticed that Sequoia 15.7.4 update was recently released, but when I went to Software Update to check, there was a message that my MBP was currently at the newest release permitted. I didn't notice in th README or anywhere else that installing the profile seems to effectively freeze/pin macOS to whatever version is currently installed.

Would be great if the profile wout allow bugfix versions, or at least mention this limitation.

It did not stop my computer from being updated to .4, while it stopped it from showing Tahoe in updates menu.

latest safari update was listed but not .4 sequoia release.

I couldn't see the update until I re-installed the profile. (I didn't remove the old one. I just reinstalled.) I'm not sure why that worked, (but we're building on top of buggy behaviors, since of course this profile should only have worked for 90 days after Tahoe's initial release).

Reinstalling the profile, maybe because the minor OS updates are delayed 30 days?

Noticed reducing 90 to 0 wasn't enough; also had to change true to false here in stop-tahoe-update/profiles/deferral-90days.mobileconfig:

For stop-tahoe-update, would this make more sense as the default? I know it could go either way.
