Exception of class XmlExecption not handled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install SSA 2.0 beta 002 on Win Sever 2008 R2 Standard 
2. Run: OVAL | patch | patch.windows.xml


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An exception of class XmlException was not handeled. The application must shut 
down
Exception message:msg:DOM exception 1: list index out of boundsException Error 
Number:70

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS : Win Sever 2008 R2 Standard 64bit
SSA : 2.0 beta 002

Please provide any additional information below.

Runnig in Vmware Workstation 9.02
