Primary and other languages in Dataset class are ambiguous

The Dataset class profile (and data structure as well) consists of two attributes: has primary language and has other language. Although these are two different property profiles, they are both profiles of dct:language in RDF. This would cause lossy conversion to RDF, as there is no way to distinguish whether a language is primary or secondary.

Consider defining a custom property within the CCMM Vocabulary.
