we dont want a liquid reserve and will never have a reserve. instead this could be provided as a way to take whatever liquid sol happens to be in the pool out of the pool in the same epoch. we never promise that a pool will have any given float or that this instruction will even succeed at all. we charge some nominal fee for the service, say 20-50bps. its sole purpose would be to allow people to take the other side of the "instant activate liquid sol" trade if they so desire
basically DepositSol lets people pour a little oil in our water, WithdrawSol would just let people pay to skim it off for us if they have some motivation to do so
this is not a priority at all since it isnt clear anyone would have any use for it. maybe 2027 dreams
