Guidance on deployment to Heroku

We have this app running on Heroku, and thought we'd add to the README.md on how to implement that, so that its even easier for people who are onboarded to this app to host in on the cloud.

I wanted to hear thoughts from maintainers on the need before going ahead with this one.

I'd be interested in a Heroku "getting started" reference since running an app in various production settings might have unexpected steps abound. At the moment this repo has reference for LLM provider setup which is specific to the app, but otherwise unspecified hosting details 📚

As part of Bolt for JavaScript we have this Heroku deployment guide but I'm not sure if one exists with Bolt for Python at the moment. It's unclear to me right away how different these guides might be, but I'd be curious in knowing if these were similar steps you took while setting up your app?

Making an upstream change and referencing it from this README.md instead might be neat, but I'd also love to know what @technically-tracy and @lukegalbraithrussell and others might think 🙏

It's unclear to me right away how different these guides might be, but I'd be curious in knowing if these were similar steps you took while setting up your app?

Yep, the heroku setup part was mostly the same, what's different from the js version is the

1. command in the Procfile,
2. actual details of the management of environment variables (using dotenv)
3. details on Flask, which is mostly documented on the Adapters section

I actually wasn't able to setup Socket Mode so fell back to HTTP events mode for the heroku setup, but would be interested in knowing how to set up Socket Mode as well.
