Searching on chats should be ascent insensitive

Bug description

Searching on chats should be ascent insensitive, just like Signal Desktop. This will help all international users that use ascents in their languages, locate names and messages.

Steps to reproduce

• Type a word on the search bar without using ascent character(s)
• The search should locate words that use the same character(s) with or without ascent characters

Actual result: Search locates the word only when using exactly the same character (ascent or non ascent).

Expected result: Search should locate words spelled with both ascent and non-ascent characters
