Update dotnet version 10.0 and respective GtkSharp version

• Identify if there is a version of GTkSharp for dotnet v10
• If yes, update complete application to dotnet v10, resolve all error and also deprecation warnings.
• Upgrade step by step for each version
• Fix deprecations and warning as many as possible.
