Describe the feature

This is a tracking for metrics and logs that would be nice to have in the node.

Metrics

• Evm execution time metric.
• Transactions length of block executor.
• Add tracing metrics.
• Transaction lifetime duration in pool.

Logs

• Track transaction in tx pool.
• Track tx and block propagation delays.
