[Bug]: Thresholds for PVE nodes are not reflected

Describe the bug

The configured thresholds in the alert settings are not reflected to the coloring of the usage bars of PVE nodes.

To reproduce

1. set threshold
2. review

Expected behavior

should be alligned; if treshold is 85%, it should be yellow at 80% (5% gap).

• I verified the exact Pulse version and image reference from the running instance.
• I searched existing issues for duplicates.

This should be fixed in v5.1.25-rc.1. If you can, please test that release specifically and let me know whether it resolves the issue.
