[bug] Knob object eventually outdated, new port needed (?)

Sadly this thread about knob object calculation errors was closed, before it was solved: #2319 - however it was indicated in #2319 (comment) that the object needs updating from the current else library.

Is anyone porting this?

The ELSE library is included in plugdata and will be updated accordingly.

I am unsure, what this is supposed to tell me, please elaborate! My only interest is to report the bugs I find as a user, so you guys have a chance to fix them. And apparently the thread at #2319 was closed without an explanation and without a fix... Is it all about who's in charge, and when, when working on else objects?

Tim works on porting the GUI objects to PlugData and updating ELSE in general

Closing this, since plugdata regularly syncs up with ELSE releases, and will at least always be synchronized with a stable ELSE version before releases
