docker memory limit is 16Gb

Steps:

• Upload folders containing a large number of text files: over 1 GB, more than 800 files
• wait until index is done
• rename folder

Actual:
4.0.3: a sharp increase in memory usage. In my case, over 8 GB ~60%
4.0.4 (patch version): moderate memory usage of about 2 GB ~ 13%

This patch release contains 3 fixes:

• Fixed batch size limit with the bleve backend, which significantly reduces memory usage during indexing
• Reduced system load and the number of NATS lookups required to list directories
• Fixed IDP backchannel logout to correctly handle logout tokens
