"generatePackageJson": false dont work

Current Behavior

I use @nx/vite:build and options include "generatePackageJson": false.It cant work!

Expected Behavior

"generatePackageJson": false dont output package.json.

1. A minimal GitHub reproduction repository — npx create-nx-workspace + the minimum config to show the issue.
2. Your full project.json or vite.config.ts configuration showing how generatePackageJson is set.
3. What output you're seeing — is a package.json still being generated in the build output when set to false?

You mentioned this was fixed before in #29466 — it would help to know if this is a regression or a different scenario. Without a reproduction, we can't determine what's happening in your specific setup.

package.json still being generated in the build output when generatePackageJson set to false.
Also find an additional issue, set "outputPath": "dist/app" cant work.
