Whatever agreement-variant we end up with, wouldn't it be great to be able to make decisions asynchronously? Loomio is the grown-up version of Linquid Feedback, now with UI.

According to @jonlemmon, on Twitter, the Loomio install documentation is at https://github.com/loomio/loomio/wiki. It's a Rails app, so it should be totally familiar =p

A few points:

• @tylerhenthorn researched deploying loomio; apparently it requires S3 and Heroku and a bunch of crap I/we don't want to pay for yet. I could dig in to it and monkeypatch it in to working, but that seems non-optimal. Eventually we may re-evaluate that, but.
• @tylerhenthorn researched the non-self-hosted loomio, to see if there was an easy way to export the data should we want to migrate some day; we have a group loomio account, but the export function is "coming soon".
• @tdfischer is working on a consensus thing that should be way easier to deploy and use.

Unsure of further course of action on this at the moment.
