AP diagnosis tools

It would be useful to include the following metrics to help diagnose issues better

• AP BSSID
  Including the BSSID as a label or it's own metric on each of the tests would be useful in case the device was roaming between different APs. This would be needed to make sure that you're testing the right AP and not assuming it's connected to the closest one
• AP RSSI
  Along with the BSSID (and in a similar fashion) the RSSI would also reveal information about the AP to aid in a diagnosis. If the connection strength is terrible, this may reveal why the speed is so slow. But then again, after slow speed is detected, you may just want to go and check manually?

Important

If parsing from command line, try to make it work across windows an unix systems. A Python library might be optimal here.

Note for getting BSSID. It can be quite different between OS and on Mac at least it requires Root. The BSSID can also be used to geo-locate the actual AP. So it's also a security risk
