replace c8 with @bcoe/v8-coverage

atm the test runs c8 in a separate child_process.

since we do not need to spawn a shell for commonjs anymore,
useing @bcoe/v8-coverage directly instead would reduce spawn time as well as dependency complexity brought by c8 being a cli.
