remove requirement of -- in cli config options array

```javascript
const cliArgs = {
  options: [
    ['--arg1', '--a1'],
    ['--arg2', '--a2'],
  ],
}
```
turns into:
```javascript
const cliArgs = {
  options: [
    ['arg1', 'a1'],
    ['arg2', 'a2'],
  ],
}
```

same for help, default, required etc
