Examples for ECI module(Feature Request)

This issue aims at the addition of examples for the ECI module.  
The examples to be included are for the following functions :-  
- ```CreateContainerGroup```  
- ```DescribeContainerGroups```  
- ```UpdateContainerGroup```  
- ```DescribeRegions```  
- ```RestartContainerGroup```
- ```DeleteContainerGroup```
