Localise user visible output

This tool could be used by a world wide audience. Our displayed output should at least support localisation.

💬 Narrative

As an international user
I want output to be in my default locale
So that so that I don't need to know English in order to use the application effectively

🚫 Out of Scope

The actual translation of messages.

Currently, it's not supported to add Localization.string to a swift package.
We can load some files during runtime, or write strings purely in code
