I am trying to use screencapture for a FiveM resource called BetterTaser; I'm not sure why it's not working and taking the screenshot, I've been incontact with the guy who makes it and he dosen't know what to do.

We are currently using a VPS which I believe is sourced in Germany from ZAP Hosting.
