Upgrade recipes to IPython 4.x/Jupyter

This issue is to track progress of the upgrade and discuss problems along the way, if any.

With the commit 2572a02 all recipes from Chapter 1 are upgraded.
Note: Recipes 3 and 4 need not any changes.

The recipe in Chapter 2 need not any changes.
